Re: This is one reason people keep trying to do pullies first...
I would also like to add that UPS stated that the package was delivered to the recipent. It contridicted the tracking information that stated ''left at front door''
The claim for the cam was closed. Eric re-opened it himself and further investigated it because he also belived it to be inacurate.
My thanks to him.

So either you or Eric is providing me with mis information. I would have to guess that it would be you. Why did you come on this forum just to get in the middle of this. We'd love to see you stick around but truth be told i'm pretty sure you're just here to get in the middle of something that you have no buisness being in.
All you did in this entire order process is go tell ZZP that I did not receive my package.
That's why i'm wondering why you're even talking to me telling me what's already been told to me before by ZZP.
And yes There was a down pipe shipped to me about a year ago that did not arrive. Maybe if you sent me tracking info like you or ZZP should have and the case is some one is stealing my packages that this all could have been prevented. It's a thought right?
You ordered a stattama turbo kit, and a stattama cam. Matt is Stattama from what I recall. He doesn't just throw his babies up for adoption and forget about them... lol
From a business standpoint zzp can only do so much, your beef is with UPS and its good matt explained that or many readers would be questioning zzp.
Re: This is one reason people keep trying to do pullies first...
I have only good things to say about ZZP, all of my packages were delivered within 3 days of placing the order. I've never had any problems with the parts I ordered and all my emails were answered the same day. I'll continue to purchase from ZZP, which is where I purchase most of my parts until I experience the problems others may have.
Re: This is one reason people keep trying to do pullies first...
My 2 cents. I have ordered from ZZP many times and have never had a problem. In fact when I call, they know who I am. That to me says a-lot about a business.
As a business owner myself I know how hard it is to please everyone however 1000 good and 1 bad you just have to roll with it. You are doing a-lot more good than you are bad.
Sometimes no matter how hard you try, you cannot please everyone...... If I hear the story about the 4 PCM's again I am going to scream.
Re: This is one reason people keep trying to do pullies first...
I just spent $700 with ZZP, and I've probably spent a couple thousand with them total. I have no problems buying more. Few online companies I've dealt with have met their customer service (except Tim).
Some people just like feel something out there has it out for them.
Re: This is one reason people keep trying to do pullies first...
I'd almost have to say that it's UPS at fault. I've always gotten a tracking number in my emails....and quite honestly once it leaves ZZP, it's out of their hands. NOW....that being said, the recipient can not make the claim on damaged/undelivered goods. I've found that out before on blowers. I got one damaged for a customer, FedEx apparently dropped a Hydrogen bomb on it between Oregon and Missouri. It literally took MONTHS to get it resolved because the shipper had to make the damage claim, and I had to wait for the FedEx guy to come lolly gagging around to pick up the package.
If you truly didn't receive your cam, then someone needs to own up. Stories need to be straight, and this issue resolved. I realize that from a business standpoint you can't just give out parts, but accusing someone of trying to steal from you after spending a sizable chunk of change is pushing things to the limit.
This topic is probably best sorted out in private email and phone calls rather than being strung out on a forum. Remember, this isn't CGP. :th_tongue2:
Re: This is one reason people keep trying to do pullies first...
"Available octane plays a part as well. If you live in a state with only 91 octane available you will need to do additional mods to run a 3.4” pulley without KR"
DARN! I should I have read that before I bought there headers!!! I have 93oct. I didn't need those headers or cam to run the 3.4...silly me......:th_scratchhead::th_wtf:
I spent alot of money with them and never had a problem...but that info is kinda funny... o wells!! Ya can't be hannah montana!
(for those who dont get it "Best of both worlds"...lol)
Re: This is one reason people keep trying to do pullies first...

Send anyone an email at ZZP and see what happens.
I won't post the whole conversation in ZZP's favor but I did take this issue up with Eric yesterday. He already explained to me the situation and I don't expect zoomer to always be at his desk answering questions. I also told him this. As I told him yesterday. This is not just the opinion of one person...or two...or 4...but many more.
After giving my suggestion of implementing some one to specialize in emails or calls that can answer questions fully and know about there products. his response was .... Does Intense have a customer service line?
Well it's not about what someone else has...it's about what you guy's don't...
Maybe they will understand that one day. I've never had one of these responses from scot or anypone else at Intense. Whether it be in an email or phone conversation.
But I guess it's not about all of this. It's about a package that I still don't have and that no one STILL seems to know about.
Re: This is one reason people keep trying to do pullies first...
sorry for your luck parker. hope you get it resolved.
i guess the moral of this story is to stay on top of tracking numbers/orders/shipments.
Re: This is one reason people keep trying to do pullies first...
Yeah. I wiah Matt would have given me my tracking number without me asking. That way I could have. MAYBE this would have never hapend. But then again maybe it would have.

I've never had a problem e-mailing Eric or Zooomer directly. Even the chick is very nice and helpful.

It seems you're one of the few judjing from the replies in this post.
I'll agree with you. On some things. When emailing Eric directly I have also had no problems. Eric is the customer service manager. And most of the time by the time it get's to him there is already a problem.A problem that likley could have been avoided if the ''excellent communication skills''' were in place to begin with.
The chick is real nice. And when I can get her on the phone I ALWAYS have to hold for her to go ask someone so she can then relay me the message.
It becomes a pain. And more people will agree with me than they will say ZZP has excellent customer communication skills.
I promise that.
Re: This is one reason people keep trying to do pullies first...
Honestly, I really don't care what others will say. I know what I've experienced thus far and it suits me just fine.

Yeah you'll get a 3 to 5 word answer...been there done that. My main beef with ZZP is not updating their site often enough. Nothing makes me pissed off more than when I see a product online (or anywhere for that matter), they say they have it in stock then I buy it and they send me a e-mail saying that product is no longer in stock. Then takes well over a freakin week to get my money credited back into my account! At least they did that...:th_nervous:

In that regard, most of our vendors are bad. I ordered my Intense shift kit and I get a call the next morning saying it's out of stock (even though their site said in stock). I opted to wait since they said it'd be a couple weeks, and it ended up taking a month before it shipped out. Customer service was good, but I agree on it being annoying when they say it's in stock and isn't.

It has never been a pain to me when I have had to call them for anything. In fact they were very professional even if the chick had to put me on hold to ask a question. I would rather have that than have her BS me and it be the wrong answer.
I think more people think ZZP is a pretty good company except for maybe the standard 5 or 6 people that get on here and want to say something bad about them. I am thinking maybe there's an agenda involved here. Weren't you the one selling FWI....talk about customer service.
Re: This is one reason people keep trying to do pullies first...
I have ordered alot of things from ZZP over the last few years and I have never had a problem. I have gotten some decent responses to some of the emails I have sent to them, you can obviously tell which one answers them......
I have seen some questionable responses on some of the forums they have made. Like a previous post said, these are the people buying your product, make it seem like you are doing your best to help.......
I have at times bashed their prices for being to high. Yes some of the older tech articles need to be removed or updated to reflect what has been found out in the field.....
I have had several wrong packages arrive on my doorstep from UPS. It was not even my address on the boxes and my address is on my mailbox and the house number is on the front of the house........
