Parker- When you notified me saying that your ST3 cam did not show up, I had ZZP start a claim with UPS. Eric informed me that you had claimed a ZZP order did not show up in the past and that you were compensated on the first claim. Now that there is a second claim between ZZP and yourself, we were instructed by UPS not to ship any further orders until the claim is resolved. It makes perfect sense to me. Apparently there is a serious problem with orders shipped to your address. It is either A: Someone is stealing your packages. B: Your UPS driver is dishonest or incompetent. or C: You are fraudulently attempting to aquire additional product. While it is not our place to make a determination as to which scenario applies, it is our responsibility to act with increased caution in the matter. Regardless of which one applies, it would not be wise for us to immediately ship more product to the same address.

Or D: The package was never shipped.

We provided him with a tracking number that states that the package was delivered, so this possibility can be ruled out.

Matt why are you telling me what I already know???? And when I talked to Eric he said that it is ZZP's decision not to ship the order out. Not UPS's.
So either you or Eric is providing me with mis information. I would have to guess that it would be you. Why did you come on this forum just to get in the middle of this. We'd love to see you stick around but truth be told i'm pretty sure you're just here to get in the middle of something that you have no buisness being in.
All you did in this entire order process is go tell ZZP that I did not receive my package.
That's why i'm wondering why you're even talking to me telling me what's already been told to me before by ZZP.
And yes There was a down pipe shipped to me about a year ago that did not arrive. Maybe if you sent me tracking info like you or ZZP should have and the case is some one is stealing my packages that this all could have been prevented. It's a thought right?
Re: This is one reason people keep trying to do pullies first...
I can't say I agree with ZZPs pulley advice, especially if you read up on how KR is caused and what it can do to a forced induction system.
BUT I will say I have had zero issues with their shipping or customer service. I have accidently order wrong parts and they were really great at accepting the returns when in reality they didn't have to. My screw up and they fixed it.
As for UPS the packages are scanned, so if they have records of it being scanned in transit to various terminals and a final scan as delivered then something was shipped. Maybe a neighbor is stealing your packages. My buddy was having the same issue. Turned his neighbors who didnt like him were taking his packages and throwing them out.

Correct you did finially send me the tracking number after I asked for it and after the tracking info said it had been dropped off. I have no doubt in my mind that ZZP fullfilled their end of the deal. The package not being delivered is clearly not ZZP's fault. And never said it was.
Re: This is one reason people keep trying to do pullies first...
When I got the tracking info days after it had said it had been delivered it stated that it was left at the front door. There were no packages at any of my doors and I checked with the only person that may have picked it up. Wich is the people right next to me.
Clearly UPS did not fullfill their end of the deal and deliver the package to the person it was intended for. Instead they just dropped it off.
