Maybe it's about time to throw that new ported blower on with the Meth.

what i did was loosen the bolts on the bbv and start the car...then i pulled up until it straightened itself out...then i tightened the bottom one and turned off the car tightened the top one....can get to the top one with the car on because of the BBV control arm.....i figured this way the car will put the bbv some where around where it should be with no boost....it eliminated my burst knock...my burst knock used to his 5.5* and now i never get kr higher that 2.6 so i say its better i have no exhaust mods and prob a super clogged cat thats why im going offroad DP...

hey man i did something new that worked better....turn off the car and then loosen all the bbv nuts now lightly apply pressure down on the bbv until both side start to pushback at you...make sure you dont let the rod go into the bbv at all just push down until it stop its and level it out then tighten it up...also look from the side and make sure the rod goes into the middle of the bbv (looking from the side as if you were lookin down the front of the blower) that rod has play toward the blower and front of the car make sure its in the middle...i get no more burst kr any more just lil 1.9/2.1 spikes in the upper rpm range mostly on 2nd gear pulls....hope this helps...
