The fuel pump could be an issue and it could be a reaction to the CPS failing too as the engine shuts down from no spark. What I would do is test the fuel pressure and see what you have when the engine is running and leave the fuel pressure tester hooked up and see if you get a drop in pressure as the engine shuts off. Even after the engine shuts down you should still have around 40-45 psi there.

I have not heard of any real issue with the cam position sensor so I guess that would be a toss up whether or not you replace it. I dont see any harm in doing so but I know of no real issue with it.

As for the supercharger oil, you can get supercharger oil from the GM dealership, I think it runs about $8/bottle and you'll need two of them to do a complete fill on it. If its spinning freely and no knocking or grinding sounds when you spin it by hand you're probably okay. My question would be why is it drained out. So I would be looking for any leaks in that area.

That all said, Ive run motor oil in the supercharger before. I ran a synthetic 0W-20 in it since it was about the same viscosity as the supercharger oil and can deal with the heat. However, I have no long term results on that as a couple months after I started testing that I lost the differential in my car and have not yet got it back on the road.

You'll get a mixed response on whether or not you can use motor oil in the supercharger. I had no problems in using it in the time I did and the snout was a bit cooler with the synthetic motor oil than it was with the GM oil. If you have any reservations then use the GM supercharger oil. Im willing to take the risk to test such things out and to find out for sure, some arent. If you choose to run a motor oil do not run anything other than a quality full synthetic and I dont think I would run anything other than a 20 weight in it. Ive heard of 5W-30 being used, but again, I havent tried that out and dont have any substantial time using the 0W-20. A conventional motor oil isnt going to hold up to the speeds that blower turns.
