I have no clue where to go from here. Replaced the fans about two weeks ago and they were working fine. On at normal temp, on with ac, high and low mode all working. Past couple of days, temp has been unusually high. Like borderline overheating. I look today, fans not operating at all. All the relays check out as far as operation and resistance. If i unplug coolant temp sensor, only the drivers side fan comes on and not very fast either. Is there any other fan fuses or relays? What else could it be?

could be a bad temp sensor, if you unplug it both fans should turn on full time. if they turn on the temp sensor is the issue.

fail at reading full posts lol

could be still a temp sensor, but id also check the wires to the fans. they bake in the heat off the manifold they and can burn up. seen the plugs burn too. worth unplugging it and look inside the plug for any black burnt looking plastic.

Lol no worries. From what I remember, they looked fine. Nothing seemed brittle or chafed and the wires were ok.

im thinking the new fans may have melted the plugs, being they worked and now dont work right. ive seen pics of melted plugs here before.

I had a wire chafed in harness right were it came out from over the radiator and it was causing the fans to not turn on. Was a very small cut that I couldn't see with the harness in the car but was big enough to be grounding out on the metal.

Ok so update. Checked all the wiring and nothing. No cracks, chafing or anything at all. Fans seem to work intermittently. I started the car up...no fans. Turned ac on and fans came on but turned right back off about 30 seconds later. Pulled fan relay and nothing. Put relay back...nothing. Turned the car off, waited a few then back on. Only one fan (pass side) came on and was low.
