Finally got my mods in signature installed and got tuned and dyno'd results were 229whp and 253wtq. While I wasn't expecting huge numbers these just seem low for a rocker/header/pulley setup. My tuner did say I was maxing injectors so that and a IC are gonna be the next step.

Dyno was done on a dynojet if that matters.

Factor in drive line loss you are looking at 275 hp and 305 tq. Far from terrible.

Actually that is a little sad. What pulley size? Rockers alone should get you close to that.

Yeah that is considering the l32 is ~200whp stock.

Running the 3.5, I have a 3.4 but kept running out of injector and getting a few blips of KR so went back to the 3.5" . . . AFR was a solid 11 until 5600-6100 rpm where injectors were causing a issue.

Shouldn't be maxing injectors on a 3.5. Do you have a vacuum leak or an exhaust leak? If it was me, I would use that hp tuner and check injector duty cycle yourself. Wouldn't be the first time a dyno operator didn't know what was going on. 11 to 11.5 is where you want the afr

The main thing to remember is that every dyno is different. You could go 10 minutes up the road and get 5 or 10% more. The real question is, would you have made this post is you got 240/270?

Step 1 find a different "tuner" if he said those injectors are maxed LOL!

He said my injector cycle was at 98% but I will confirm that with my HPTuners version . And if I would have been in the 240/270 range, no, this post wouldn't exsist. I suppose my goal for the post was to see if there is anything I'm missing that could explain the lower than expected numbers. Leaning it out to 11.5 might be an option .

Is there any knock across the rev range?

I couldn't imagine maxing out those injectors...

I was able to run a 3.1" pulley on stock injectors on a 97-03 car. Virtually the same AFR.

I'd have someone else look at it.

Knock free with the 3.5 , was seeing 1-3* with the 3.4 at 5200rpm and above. I'm gonna play with the tune when I have some free time next week

Buy a 3.6 and see about throwing that on there with like 17 or 18 degrees WOT.

    11-12* timing? Lol what.

That needs to be increased to 16+

I never drop below stock timing (16). If I see KR at that number, it's time to pulley up.

And maxing out your injectors has to be false too. Look at my setup in my sig. I have all that on stock injectors running a 11.2 AFR. Yes they are at full duty cycle, but if my injectors can hold their own on my setup, yours should easily.

Looks like I'm just gonna start my tune from scratch like I should have done originally.

I suggest contacting Will from Overkill and use his tune to start with. you can take scans and send to him for adjustments as needed. I've been using his tune as a baseline on my grand prix, and I am happy with it.
