    wow..not sure what to tell you there. i would end up replacing it all before i did anything.

    cant you borrow someones car or get a ride or something in the mean time?

    well being it is all apart I would replace all the pushrods and lifters. is the lower intake manifold off too? if not then tou will not be able to get to the lifters, as far as the pushrod goes you can replace just the one but if you have it tore down already you might as well replace all of them.
