A/C works intermittently. There are no leaks, I checked the relays and the fuses. Display shows AC or AC OFF but compressor doesn't listen to it. When my pressure switch stopped working two years ago, the display would show AC OFF no matter what, it also threw a code so I believe that's not the cause here. It's really very annoying because it is humid in the morning and I hate sitting in the car waiting for it to warm up so I can defog the windows.... 2003 Bonneville SLE with auto climate.
Any help or ideas are appreciated. The car has the unit from a 2001 SSEi. Not sure if that means anything.
I know it's not a GP, but I'm out of options here and don't want to take it to the mechanic and get booty raped.
