Is it really worth it? How much does it really help? And what about polymounts?

What exactly does it do for your car, I've looked around on this forum and online and I'm getting conflicting information

rotating the square "dogbone" mounts, also know as torque struts, 90* reduces movement during the changing gears thus reducing KR. Poly mounts do the same thing but are made of a denser more wear resistant material that has the same overall effect, reducing movement but isolating the motor from the radiator core support.

I flipped mine quite awhile ago, didn't notice a whole lot of difference. Bought poly ones, and was amazed at how much of a difference there was. Good cheap mod.
2004 Comp G "The Panda"- low, e85, big brakes SOLD
2002 Trans Am- 6 speed, bolt ons or something, it's slow.
2006 Silverado- forged ls2, 4l80e, plate kit, also slow...

How to video. It's worth it to try since it's this easy, spray with wd40 and let it site then do this. If you don't like it, switch them back.
