You COULD wire them to a separate switch so you can turn them on whenever you want. Just can't forget to not turn them on, or leave them on when you leave the car.

You could unhook your coolant temp sensor and it'll run constant.

There are other ways to control your fans depending on the year of your car. Caspers Electronics Hi-Speed Fan Switch Kit: 3800 Performance Also the newer Aeroforce scan gauge gives you some control over the fans but I'm not sure if you have to reset the turn on temperature every time you start the car. As I don't have an Aeroforce scan gauge I'm curious to know about having to reset the fan temps every time. If low cost is the most important factor you will probably want to find someone local with a tuner. I using a modified Caspers High Speed fan switch on my car. I bypassed the manual switch with a relay and I have a thermoswitch controlling the relay. I have the manual switch mounted under the hood which is handy for testing the fans.

INTENSE-Racing.com: AeroForce Interceptor Scan Gauge Since your gp is an 04 the Caspers fan switch doesn't look like an option for you.
