    Trying to figure out which oil pressure switch I need for my 97 N/A four door 3.8
    Rock Auto has two AC/Delco's with different prices below. Would both of these work and if not, which one would I need? Thanks for any info.

    ACDELCO Part # D1835A {#12575008}
    SWITCH,ENG OIL PRESS IND

    ACDELCO Part # D8048 {#89057517}
    SWITCH,ENG OIL PRESS IND 4 DOORS
    SWITCH,ENG OIL PRESS IND 2 DOORS

    id just go to napa and pick one up.

    Should be around the same cost for a ac delco one.

    It looks like they are the same switch with slightly different connectors. The very typical one is the D1835A. The D8048 may have been used partially in 97. Pull the connector off of yours and see which connector it is.

    I have store credit so I wanted to use it up....I did in fact order the D1835A. Thanks for your replies.
