i just replaced my upper intake but i'm having a problem getting the new o-ring on the fuel injectors. I put a little bit of oil on the rings, small one goes on fine but the thicker one i'm having problems with. Is there a trick I'm missing.

What car are you working on?

O-rings are the same size top and bottom on 97-03 and I believe 04+ is the same.
I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.

the new rings are the same size as the old, but just trying to roll them thicker one can't get over the little lip about 1/4 inch up from the tip of the injector. I'm only using my fingers.

    I used these to help...

4 Piece Pick and Hook Set

But be careful, I did break one of the injector's plastic ring that holds the rubber O-Ring in place. No biggie, just letting you know.
