Will do that tomorrow. Yes the SES light came on about 10-15 min after the bogging, I'll go to Azone and scan that after checking the plugs.

a 3.4" pulley on a top swaped car without proper mods and unknown tune
According to a lot of info and write ups on GP forums, the mods I have should be just fine with a 3.4... (I did however forget to mention that I have 1.9 rockers in the first post).
But yeah, productive post guy
You said you have a genV though... gen III and gen V are 2 different animals, and running a 3.4" on a gen v needs a lot more than a gen III with the same pulley.
Not to mention, I believe top swapped cars have higher compression as well, so all that together, you'd need more supporting mods than a stock gtp with a gen III
So you have headers, bigger injectors, rockers, and a zzp tune that you dont even know what is has done, with a gen V and 3.4 pulley.
I think most people with that setup would also want a cam and intercooler... and be scanning every day.

My bad, I read too quick... but still, a 3.4 without knowing what's in the tune, and not scanning, kinda invites the "eye roll" smiley.
If I was gunna buy an already modded car I'd make sure I had the proper equipment to run it safely before I got into it, especially on a top swapped car instead of a modded gtp.
I have done that before. More than likely he chipped a piston.
Once you have a DHP, all you need is a pcm that'll work. Stock files can be found at BPro...should be plenty of DHP happy binners
Any update?
Well this morning I tried pulling the front plugs, but epic fail. I gave up on that and scanned at Autozone, got a misfire code
Got my oil changed, old oil was dirty as hell. Engine now has significantly more oil pressure. I had a few guys from a local speed shop take a look and listen, as well as my main mechanic. The guys from the shop wanted me to bring it in for a better diagnosis ($$$), my mechanic says that it sounds like sticky lifters.
I floored it a few times today and nothing abnormal, it runs fine apart from the damn clanking. Engine runs warmer after the oil change, hmm...
This sorta makes me want to throw an XP cam on and go through the valvetrain, but the body of this car is on the verge of rusting away soon.
