After doing some more research I found that it is recommended to have stronger pushrods so just as peace of mind for me I ended up getting intense racing oil restricting pushrods but not the lightweight ones because as bill posted in another thread they are not stronger. The intense racing pushrods were actually made for roller rockers that was their intention so I am pretty happy with the decision to get those because an extra 80 or 90 dollars compared to what I've already spent for some more peace of mind is peanuts. Plus it's one less thing I'll need when I turbo. I also read that overtime as these engines get more and more wear and tear on them and more miles the pushrods actually get slightly bent so that was another factor in my decision because mine could be slightly bent.

Bent pushrods?
I did that.
But it wasn't because the factory pushrods weren't "strong" enough.
