Well one ya the other guy being a little to mean, a ricer does not sound as good as this car does in WOT.

Another thing is that ya it looks ghetto but who the hell is going to see the engine when im driving, not really for looks just to help the car performance wise? The pvc fit perfectly onto the TB and clamped it does just in case. Its in there very tightly and has not come out, my bro and i had done WOT many times already to tested it. BUT if you guys insisted we will try to get it clamped on with a little rubber coupler today.

Either way look Ghetto(o well), but does it work(hell yes), did it cost much (nope). Heres what my bro says " Dont give a sh!T as long as it works"

The only problem is the vacuum thing wont be able to reach the hole if we add the coupler, what can we do to sort of extend that thing?

Forgot to mention it does not look all that good since of that thing we had to put so that the emission hose could fit somewhere. All you other guys dont have to worry about the emission hose where as we do. Keep it in mind we built this thing completely from scratch, the only thing wrong there i believe you guys are saying is the connection from the pcv to the TB, easy fix there. However is that vacuum hose ok in that hole and and not leaking there?

    Guy.

    A ricer doesn't have a "sound"

A ricer is someone who drives like an asshat and does dumb crap to their car...ala making goofy intakes, crappy exhaust setup...GHETTO SETUPS...etc.

Good point, i need to pay attention to what i write. Well one thing is a ricer has ghetto stuff to there are you can see and hear, the only time you are seeing are intake is when the hood is open.

Other people say its looks good, and well it works nicely, we will work on the cosmetics later. other than that we took a drive and and did WOT, braked pretty hard and drove around and came back. We turned the car on and gave it a little gas and felt around the intake and we dont feel any air leaking from it nor getting sucked in from a opening. The intake seems fine for now you guys dont have to be so mean of its looks. We will do more things to it later and maybe spray paint the PVC.

i sanded my pvc before i painted it, that way the paint sticks better. and you know there's no wax or other crap on it to contaminate the paint.

the only problem with trying to clamp pvc around the throttlebody is that you cant squish pvc/abs tubing and expect it not leak/start cracking with age and constant pressure from the clamps, its also gonna clamp in a oval shape and leak...even if its just a lil it will leak. unlinke a rubber coupler where it can squish properly and fully seal.

Ya that what i was trying telling my bro, he said we will do that later then. The only problem is how are we going to put the Little Vacuum hose in if the PCV gets extended a little? How can we extend that black vacuum thing, I was thinking about connecting a small tube to it to extend it.

Jesus christ seriously? You can't figure out how to extend a vac line? You and your bro should put the tools down ans step away from them slowly.....

Ya i mean that is why i asked questions here on the GP forum, thats one of the reasons why i joined this site. Also i have already extended the Vac line with a tube from a pen. Funny aint it, i think we might just use a tube from home depot. and squeeze it in there and see how much i need it to be. As for the the intake it self ill look into making look less ghetto, if thats what you guys are worried about the most. Remember this is my first time doing anything custom for the car.

BTW, Big shout out to Vailskier3 who helped me out when making this intake through PMing and also to SerenityGTP who kinda helped with that. Also both of you guys also help me turn my turn sigs into split fogs. Thanks again guys and all you other guys that helped me.
