Yes its worth doing....only once you get an intake and downpipe first to get a good amount out of it.

GTP + same money = much better.

    So your point is moot.

13's is slow, Esp for the amount of mods. I wouldnt worry about the trans on a n/a build

I already have cat back I'm in the process of getting a catless downpipe and headers.... So the hv3 would be a good step?

Topswap or Turbo. Take it from someone else who went the N/A route. It is simply never, ever, ever going to be worth it to mod an L36/L26 Wbody.

depends on what you want, some of us just want the basic n/a boltons even if it does cost as much as a top swap, im doing n/a (i think lol) just cause i can only save up lil bit here and their. once i have the basic boltons the car will be paid off and it becomes the wifes car and i go get another more beastly car to call my own(loan of course) and the wife gets the family sedan car that can getup and go if it really needs too.and eatup some of those awfull ricers that are all EXTERIOR mods lol.
my mods: fenderwall intake, u-bend delete and catback exhaust(not really a mod i know) all it cost me was $175(with labor, mostley for exhaust), gotta know hot to do things yourself and have friends to help, and get/wait for deals.

Like I stated plenty of times already...

    Fenderwell Intake
    180* T-Stat
    Autolite 606 Plugs
    PRJ Wires
    TransGo Shift Kit
    ZZP HV3 Insert
    Speed Daddy Headers
ZZP ER Rockers OR ZZP GT1/GT2 Cam
    Custom Tuned PCM
    Poly Mounts all around...

And if you cared too...3.69 gearing...so you can stay in the powerband you won't ever really have with an N/A car.
