    EXHAUST.

That is the MAIN FACTOR in deciding how loud your car is.

Until you get to the straight pipes.... then its how much air you can move.

buy an aftermarket catback or having aftermarket mufflers welded in.

This thread will go on for 129308120319823 pages before everyone hates each other because no one can agree on what sounds good because it comes down to taste.

I wouldnt do a cam then. if you want to make it louder go with new mufflers.

Does removing the spare count as weight reduction?

What do you mean by louder engine?? Engine sound or exhaust?? Slap an open cone intake on, that would be the first thing I would do that ANYONE can do.

If you want louder exhaust.. Get a downpipe and a catback, although you'll need to be careful.. IMO these engines sound like ass with pretty much any exhaust. I've heard some good setups, but not often.

You could always make sounds while your driving, but make sure your windows are down so others can hear you.

^ Lmao.I believe an Hv3 would change the sound of your engine a good amount(not to mention the extra horsies).Saw this video on youtube and it sounds alot better with Hv3 and intake.
