    If you drive like a dick it does.

    Being nice to the car is not letting it rev above 3 grand EVER.

    Maintaining your speed as best as possible without using the gas.

    And yes, no racing. Period.

    19 MPG city should be easy if you can actually follow that.

    no. 25 mpg city is grandma driving then doing the high beam trick to make every light green....

    And that my friends, is what we call cheating.

    Like E85. No one gets 25 MPG in the city unless your a 91 year old pansy.
