I currently have a 00' GT, I have a second 3.8 that im going to rebuild and put a supercharger on. I underdtand that I will need to have the comp. tuned, how much does that normally cost?

$100 for a box tune or $100 to $400 for a custom dyno tune.

Alright, some other things i have been considering are boring it out to 3.84, forged pistons, a bigger cam w/lifters, injectors and full exhaust. What are some options i could do head wise?

boring it out, forged pistons, and lifters are a waste of money.

just get the heads ported/polished and cut down the valve guides so you can run a bigger cam. then pick a bigger cam out that you want to run.

also, for those of you who think you can top swap a car and then 'tune out' all the knock, good ****ing luck.
