look over on clubgp for used turbo kit. fabricating one yourself isnt for the average person, Then again i dont know what you have access to or what you know how to do to give you an answear there. If your willing to learn and if you shop around you could get a built trans that will hold up to 12 sec passes and turbo kit for around 5 grand or so +/- a couple grand lol I proly have 4 into mine (trans and turbo kit) when im all said and done but thats because i got an awesome deal on the chain and they threw in the input shaft for free. Plus im building the trans myself and well i do all my work myself... well at least i try to.. I bought my turbo used with 4k on it. make sure there is little shaft play and no oil inside the turbo as that would indicate a bad seal. then it would need a rebuild.
