Ok, well the plastic weld worked for a few days but now it seems that it found a new route to travel, how hard is it to remove and install a new rad? i found one online free shipping for 115.00

It is pretty easy, but check the "How To" section here; you can upgrade to a thicker radiator for a few bucks more.
