My 02 GTP was throwing a P0102 code and was stuttering at mid to hard acceleration, it felt like it was running out of gas. So I bought some MAF cleaner and it ran good for a hot minute and then started acting up again. I ended up buying a new Dorman MAF and putting it in. The stuttering and such has stopped, I cleared the code, but it's throwing the same P0102 code again. It did shut off on me the other day however while idling. What to do next?

Check the harness connector for corrosion. Even if they look fine hit the pins with a little fine grit sandpaper, clean it out and put a little dielectric grease in there.

I had this code pop up years ago. I unplugged the MAF, re plugged it, and the code was gone and never came back. So, check the plug.

check the ign fuse #21 iirc. if the cel is set asap after clearing it, its the fuse or bad wires.

and that dorman maf likely wont work well in your car, the 3800 hates aftermarket mafs.
