    why are you putting headers on a l36? why would ya? na engines aint worth the time or money to mod. stick to making it look good.

    and you toss their gaskets and re use the metal stock gaskets.

    Well, I believe I have an exhaust leak at either the manifold or the downpipe. I have to get under the car to check where it's coming from, but my fear was, if the manifold/downpipe is cracked, why not replace it with something aftermarket and higher performance? So after looking at my options, headers make sense from a price standpoint. That's all.

    Also, top swapping could be a thing. I mean, Gen V + manifold's are going cheap now-a-days, so headers would help there too.
