    Hey guys,

I have an 01 grand prix gt 3800 v6 (not supercharged), and my number 21 fuse under the hood (for the MAF and EVAP sensors) keeps blowing. It is happening really inconsistently, I could swap the fuse and drive for a month without it blowing again, or it could blow in an hour, which makes me think i have a wire somewhere that is moving around and shorting out randomly. I have checked a few times for shorts, and I've used electrical tape to cover anything that even remotely looked like it could be a problem, but so far it hasn't helped at all. so i guess my question is, is there anywhere out of the way that i might have missed when checking for shorts, and what else (if anything) could cause that fuse to keep blowing?

Any help/ thoughts/ suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
    thanks ahead of time.

wires to the maf sensor, check them for cracks and or missing insulation on the wires. same for the o2 sensor there in the rear exhaust manifold. that fuse powers both those things.

Are both of the o2 sensors on that same circuit or is it just the front one? I didn't see anything noticeable around the maf or the front o2 sensor, but there was some pretty bad damage to the wiring on the rear one so I went ahead and replaced that. If it is the same circuit I would bet that was the problem.
