this is the last time im asking, you get the car scanned for codes yet? most auto parts stores will do it for free. or buy a cheap scanner on line for less then 20 shipped.
Maybe your issue is transmission side...
Like the shift solenoids are shot and it is shifting all over the place...
You can get a bluetooth OBD tool for < $20 shipped and is the best tool in my toolbox TO DATE...
Paid for itself 100 fold...
Everyone of my co-workers has used it atleast once...

I have the same exact scanner, although mine was $15...wtf is this $6?
:p
Post up some pics of your updated vacuum lines/throttle cable/setup...
I might buy that little cheapo one for my Mac just to see my basics. Although I'd like to know my KR and tranny temps as well.

Dude, it's not going to fix your transmission but help you diagnose what the problem could potential be. If you get a code.. You know what your next step is instead of guessing

Why is there a driver bit zip tied into the hose fitting?
Also, it appears the throttle cable WIRE is not "looped" around the butterfly arm correctly...
The transmission line is looking better...
The apple product one is a little different (wifi instead of bluetooth for some reason) and you need to make sure it will work for apple products --

The one I posted earlier is for Android and the "app" is free (Torque)...

Excellent, looks like you have the throttle cable mounted proper...(It should be in the "channel" of the rotating butterfly arm)...
I wouldn't expect a zip tied driver bit to be "sealed", the way to check would be to spray carb cleaner on your vacuum lines/fittings looking for a leak
Try the fix scotty has with the hose that fits over another hose in which fits over the hard plastic hose line...
Glad you are making progress...
