It's not really THAT good for the motor...when you change your oil just go with a thicker weight...say...10W-30. Then add a cup or so of a solvent called Lucas Oil Stabilizer. I use it every oil change in the GF's Ecotec Cavy because it ticks like a somebish. Use it in the DD Slobalt too. Way better than tranny fluid and it is safe to use all the time. Or if you hate it enough...get new lifters
