    If you want to break your neck at every shift get the intense. If you realize it's a Grand Prix and not a drag car and just want slightly harder shifts go with the trans go....plus it's half the price.

    I too went with the Transgo 4T65-E Shift Kit. I also added Lubegard Red 60902 which is an ATF Supplement. The transmission has 218,000 kms on it shifts perfect every time (the problem I was having was not as severe but still there). I'm really happy with it.
