My 02 Grand prix Gt is acting funny once u hit certin speed it starts acting like it doesnt wanna go but it trying to. it does this at about 45mph what can cause that. It just started doing this

Tune up, maf sensor, TPS going bad. Most commonly it's ignition related though.

When was the last TB cleaning (including maf cleaning), plug wires and plugs?
