What other gm Cars come with a 4t65e transmission I need to know, because I am buying a car from my brother and the transmission shifts hard out of first gear. Or could you tell me what is the problem with the trans and how much would it cost to fix.

Scan the transmission for codes yet?
Grand Prix, Buick Regal, park ave, monte carlo, impala......
There are many cars that came with the 4t65e, but as to which one will fit your car, we dont know without knowing what car you have and such.
