Hoping someone can help. I have a 2001 gtp, the PRND321 on the cluster is not lighting up at all in any gear.
    Any ideas ?
I've been looking through the wires in the console and haven't found anything broken
    Thanks

the light bulbs went out. take the trim off around the dash and cluster, then unscrew the cluster, theres a plug on the back un hook it, then take the bulbs out, they just turn in and out on a thumb screw deal thing.

what about that fat one right above that board you circled? turn it a 1/4 turn it comes out.

If you take out Thoses two screws where you have circled there are 7 leds soldered in and none light up
they all went out at the same time
you can see in the picture where I'm talking about is a different color
I tried to resolder everything in there but still a no go

I had to repair the bulbs shown below with wires joining them.....

And this is how the cluster looked before fixing it......

So, that lower bulb is for the cluster, not the "PNRD321".

im going with you dont have a led strip, its all light bulbs. and one or more are out. them plastic boards tend to fail, if you find a break along the paths there they sell a brush on paint like stuff to repair the board and fix the bad connection.

in your pic you can see the P is dimmed out. the bulbs just cast light behind the panel there, light shows light where its cut open.

    That's right no strip I don't have a strip
you lift up the circuit board and there are resistors and LEDs
I've looked for breaks and resoldered the resistors and still won't light up
ive pulled the consol apart and inspected the wires that run to the shifter and everything looks ok
Ive had it apart twice now and don't know what else to do

ever think thats for the red line that moves with the selector? its a dead bulb. why its not working is another story if the bulb is not dead.
