its not all that important, as long as the tips were all still in round. in a perfect world, yeah you'd want to keep em matched up.

i got a set of yt 1.95 rockers used, all push rods were mixed up, just installed em. no issues like 6 years later? and ive had em off and back on since then for my own engine swap. rods all looked fine still. i did keep them matched up this last time tho, made a card board box holder.
