sometimes you get a bad cross over pipe, it happens sometimes.

but before we take that route, loosen up the rear header bolts cross over in place with front header on the pipe, i left mine pointing up, then twisted the cross over till the header lined up when i dropped it down ( turned it on the pipe) to the head, once its close you can use a mallet to beat on the pipe to help persuade it in place.

if you didnt make room for the rear o2 now is the time, put the o2 in the rear header, mark where its gonna hit, remove the header and massage the fire wall with a hammer to make room.
