on a budget I can pay cash up to 5-5,400 . otherwise I'll need a loan or payments. This is all dependent on how much I can sell my Grand am for... I Think i can get at least 3500 its booked at 4K..

Best code reader to buy for the money is an otc 9450 reads abs and air bag codes as well. I paid $80 on amazon a while back.
