Should fit from my understanding the biggest difference between the 97-03 and 04-08 is that the downpipe doesn't have the U bend on the newer models.

I actually don't think they will fit. I'm like 95% sure they changed the rear flange as well. And the actual converter is much higher on the down pipe and not horizontal like the 97-03 cars

04+ will not fit earlier years, but earlier years will fit 04+. Been there and bolted that up
