Thread: 07 dome/map light harness

I'm not entirely sure if the harnesses are the same so to be safe that is why I said 07.

The harness in question is on the dome light assembly and has the plug ins for the bulbs and the switches to turn each bulb on individually. None of the few U-Pull Its around here seem to have 7th gen GP's or else I would go local.

Let me know if you got one and what your price shipped to 15478 would be.

I know you're an OG, but I'm confused. Are you looking for the right thing? If you have the headliner it should have come with the harness, right? And I believe the harnesses are the same, but the headliner light fixtures are what's different. When I converted my '04 headliner to the newer/better headliner, the harness was attached. But there aren't any switches for the lights, you simply press (click) on the plastic that covers each individual light fixture and it turns on. If your headliner lights aren't already clickable, then the new harness wont do anything, right?

There are switches in the harness that the lenses press. If you pull the dome light assembly down there is a plug in to be able to remove the assembly. Then that little harness has the two plugs where the bulbs plug in and the two little plastic switches.

That sounds like the same thing as my 00 dome light, can you take a pic of the harness?

Yeah, I'll get dressed after a bit here and pull the dome light back down.

Before I do that though I did find some stickers with some numbers on the harness when I had it down earlier.

I don't know if the first one is the PN for the harness or not, but all the searching and googling I did didn't yield any results.

I didn't get to this yesterday, but I pulled the dome assembly down today after work. I was able to semi-repair the switch, but still am probably going to need a harness.

The dome lights are 194, but even if you have a 97-03 harness and the switch is the same then that's fine. I'll just cut and splice into my harness.

If anyone has one, I am still looking.
