The bulb has 2 wires coming off it right? Just wire them to the stock connector for the low beam. Problem is you wont have high beams untill you get the relay harness because you wouldn't be able to power the solenoid for the cutoff without doing some fancy wiring I think. Also I don't know how well they will work in the projector. Mini h1 right? Do they fit in it?

Your probably just better ordering bulbs IIRC to for h1 halogen bulbs in the Mini h1 you'll have to modify the bulb. Seems like a lot of work when the simple solution would be order another set of bulbs unless I'm missing something.

Halogen H1 bulbs are self grounding, so the wire goes to the 12v headlight wire. Never seen one with a pigtail on it.

^ which would be a problem because you have no way to ground the bulb unless you add a wire to it and ground it to the frame or headlight connector right.

    Update..
Well the bulbs are wired and everything is a ok until my HIDS and replacement HID relay with Halo Rings come in the mail.. for my h1 stock bulbs ended up having to stick a spliced ground wire between the light and my retrofit housing and ground it to the car and the positive i wired with my gauges so my lights come on when i turn the ignition so headligh is fixed not pure white like i like but it'll work
