Take a dremel and carefully cut the JB weld off and hopefully you can remove or adjust the projector without breaking the reflector.

That's the exact reason why I just use a little bit of quick steel or JB putty to hold it. Aim it, leave the car exactly in the same place until the putty dries so if you have to adjust them make you can do it before it completely dries. Then it should be on sturdy enough where you can remove the the headlights, the the reflector then use either more putty or JB weld to reinforce it even more. Should be a awesome even cutoff if you do it right.

Pass in a bit higher but not something I would worry about.

You can adjust the passenger higher too..there's a little screw on the top of the headlight for a Philips screwdriver. Turn the lights on at night n twist left or right, whichever way makes it go higher n you're good to go. They are straight and not crooked like mine a little.

Not the best pic, but above the dremel at the top of where I cut out is where it's at. Pop your hood n there's the silver screw, n that's for adjusting n aiming height, up or down.

You mean the driver side can come up a bit. You can see the step / for the passenger side is higher. Personally it looks fine as is unless your bothered by it

They really don't seem that crooked to me. Not sure if 04+ cars have them but can you adjust them sideways? The steps seem to be too close together. I've tried to attach a file that is on TRS website that helped me when I was in the aiming process.
