Installed a set of Ccfl halo projectors amd I wasn't thinking when I connected the halos to the side maker light. Well the side marker blink, so the corresponding halo blinks when the turn signal is on. My question is will the blinking harm the ccfls?

Well obviously it's going to put more stress on the CCFL or LEDs if they're constantly blinking on and off so they may cut down the lifespan or them sooner then if they weren't blinking on and off. It's all your car in what you want to do.
