Just wanted to update that I fixed it long story.. But yea I fixed it put the dash and stuff back together EVERYTHING was done and I get in the car and start it up and look at the cluster and was like! the speedo needle was on the opposite side of 0 mph I had to take everything apart and turn the cluster all around and fix the needle lol pain in the rear BUT benefit is A.) I fixed the cluster (looks great and bright now) B.) I'm a pro at taking the dash, cluster, DIC, radio, AC control apart lol thanks for the help everyone it's much appreciated!
