wet sand it off.. if that fails

carb cleaner basically washes it off, then you gotta reprep the tail.

i just tinted mine today, the key is prep surface really good, and do LIGHT coats, fist coat should really just be a mist nothing more.

i prefer to layer up like 3 coats, then wet sand back down until im happy with it, i prefer light tint over the more common "black spray paint" lol

seen a post where a guy used brake cleaner, took the tint right off.

next time do light coats. 3 tops, 2 will make it kinda cherry looking. clear coat then wet sanding makes it all pop, unless you like the matte finish.

pics of 2 coats in my sig down there.

Sanding is going to take you longer. Being that you haven't cleared them. Use one of the products that we recommended first then sand. Tint, sand, tint, sand, clear coat, sand, clear coat, sand, compound and polish.

The key is prep as well as wetsanding between coat and you'll have some awesome taillights.

this is the vid i followed. id start over, if its to think, you'll never sand them down even enough to look right.
