    you could just refinish your deck lid, take off the old spoiler grind then plus weld the holes grind it down, then put some fiberglass filler over top then use some body filler or putty coat over top to take out the pin holes that will be left from the fiberglass filler. then drill your new holes sand the deck lid with 220 then primer then sand with 600 wet and spray your color. sealer may be needed if any bare metal is showing after you sand 600, then spray your base and then clear.

    or instead of welding you can use panel bond
