    I was wondering exactly what resistor I would need for these bulbs and how to install it? Thanks.

    Invest in the LED flasher instead of the resistors. There is even a write up on here to mod your existing flasher.

    He means just go to your local autoparts store and ask them for a heavy duty electronic flasher. Its designed for use with LED's.
