Oh, Eddie, you might get your wish soon to see it on the car.
I got one pic...it looks freaking sweet. Waiting for the others.
Put it on the car and drive it back here for a week and then take my good back to him so I can get my intense cowl metal replica hood done!
It's getting some other work done while it's in the garage, so it won't be going anywhere.
Time for some more pics!!
On the car view...
Underhood view...
And behind the wheel view...
The car is currently in the garage getting some of the small dents pulled and now I find out the strut towers need redone in the back. Not that it's a huge issue, but it still sucks.

That's actually the first time the car's been braless since I hit the deer with it.
Thanks for the kind words guys. My dad is trolling the forums, and he is the one with the skills to build the hoods. If interest is up and he can get some legit orders, I bed he'd make a bunch of them.
thats slick. i wish i lived close by. i would give $500 for a hood like that
Is it still as rigid as a stock hood? I was just wondering with the bracing cut out.
Just as rigid as the stock hood. What you can't see is the extra bracing incorporated into the added piece. There's a some bracing right at the back of the cowl that no one would ever notice because it looks almost like a rolled lip.
That hood looks good. More pics
That's all I've got for pics right now. I'll get more when I get home. There's lots of metallic in that black strip from what I understand. My guess is it looks killer in the sun.
Can I has one?
