I wired both sides the same, but one side has working turn signal but no halos. the other side has the side marker flashing and the halos, but no turn signal. What do i need to re wire to fix them both?

Try flipping your wiring plugs the other way, put them backwards and see if it chages anything.
red goes to the blue, and black goes to the black. The halo flashes and the side marker, but no turn signal. I did not touch the turn signal wiring either.
Reverse polarity is the opposite of normal polarity. Normal polarity in electronics is when you have the positive hooked up to the positive terminal and the negative to the negative terminal. Reverse polarity would be having the positive hooked up to the negative terminal and the negative to the positive terminal. The same concept can be used with magnets.
Do you have a multimeter?
