I am preparing to detail my daughters '99 GTP. I am gathering info and supplies but I need some help on the stock wheels.

What should I be using on these nasty thangs? Are they chrome and cleared or are they aluminum? They appear to be aluminum.

I have a mothers powerball as well as some mothers aluminum polish and some mothers chrome polish so which is best?

I have a Porter Cable 7424XP on the way along with some Adams buffing pads and chems. So I am pretty anxious to get to work on the exterior and bring this thing back to life!
'99 GTP coupe, bone stock because I have enough troubles already.
