I have a black gtp and want to tint my windows. I was originally thinking about doing 35% in the back three windows and 50 % on my front two windows. I def dont want all 5%. My next question I want people to still be able to see my my third brake light so will 35% or 20% still show through. Any pictures of how your cars are tinted would be apperciated. I tried to do a search but just kept bring up tinting tailights lol.

15% all the way around is what I have and love it. Its not so dark that you can't see to back up at night(unless your where there are no lights around at all) but its dark enough to still look great in the daytime and keep a LOT of sun out. And they didn't tint over the 3rd brake light I had them leave it and it looks great. I'll go snap some pics in a second or two...

I haven't seen people tint over the 3rd brake light....I did exactly how they did Kejross' back window. I did 20 on my back window and then 35 on the rest of the car it looks real clean. Doing the far back one darker makes your other windows look darker from the outside but they are nice and light at night...of that makes sence?

To me that's dumb. Looks so out of place. Tint all or none.
I'm also not really a fan of 2 diff % on one car. But that's just me

I have 50% in the front and 20 in the back and you can see the brake light just fine! also its not illegal to tint over the middle brake light. but i find the 20% in back is perfect! not too dark but hard for others to see through it. also can see pretty well out of it at night!

Even if you go 20% all the way around, your front 2 windows will look just a tad lighter because of the amount of light coming in the windshield (typically not tinted) compared to the amount of light coming in the back window (which is tinted).

Don't go different in the front and back, you'll regret it.

Since u got a black GTP and u dont want the windows too dark then u should get 20%. 35% is way too light and 5% is too dark. With 20%, u can still see inside from the outside. Dont get 2 different tints. U will regret it. Get all 5 windows one percentage. I can still see at night with my 20% tint all around on my GP GT.
