    is it black?

If so, you can remove them and get new ones from gm or a wrecker.

roll the window down, pull the weather stripping away from the pillar, you will see 2-3 screws on the inside of the window frame (facing mirror) and 2 screws on the back of the door (gotta just open door to see them)
take out all the screws then wiggle and jimmy it until its out

i think theres a write up someplace, thats how i learned
