Sounds kinda ricey, but all you would really need is an LED, and some clear plexiglass with a vinyl decal of the black arrowheard outline and center "star".

I will explain it in words for now since that will be faster. Basically just take your current emblem off, and cut acrylic to mimic the exact shape of it. Then you can either sand the backside to curve it or heat it up and bend it to the correct angle. I'd think the heating/bending would yield a better result because the whole thing would curve just like the factory emblem. Then all you need to do is fasten some LEDs behind it and wire them to a 12v source (with the proper amount of resistors of course).

P.S. You might have to cut a hole behind the emblem for the LEDs to go through.

The whole emblem. Then for color you're just gonna want one of those vinyl overlays from Reflective Concepts and line it up on the center. The end result will be a transparent arrowhead with a colored center.

I made that purely for illustrative purposes. The color can be whatever you want, you just have to order that color vinyl overlay.
