A handful of people have them. And they look "ok", but the output is crap and those that have them and those that don't have them will tell you not to waste your money.

So don't waste your money. If you want projectors, do a retrofit of your stock housings. Much better output, cheaper, and the satisfaction of doing something yourself.

Am I the only one that finds it absolutely stupid that they call parts meant for American made cars "JDM"?

Do aftermarket manufacturers not understand that JDM stands for Japanese Domestic Market.

Hell even being blacked out doesn't make them JDM. The taillights in my Stealth are JDM. I have a 3000GT rear on it and have JDM GTO (the 3000GT is called a GTO in Japan) taillights in it.

Maybe I am just weird in that this annoys me though.

Does removing the spare count as weight reduction?

well based on that i think i'll just order some good hids and use the stock housings, thats what i did in my g6 and its fine, my buddy put some projector/halos in his blazer and i thought they looked pretty cool so i thought i'd look into them, but if theres no real good options besides those then F*ck it

i dont like the idea of cracking open the stock housings though, once you do your prone to fogging and leaks, but thanks for the link

Trust me when you reseal them after a projector retrofit they're sealed 10,000 times better than when you receive them from the factory.

    It's called OCI butyl tape/sealant

I've never had a single issue with lenses fogging or leaking. If you don't reseal the corners from the start you will always have moisture problems on most of the aftermarket headlights. Most people are not paying $130-$142 a piece for new oem headlights.

Nice post (sarcasm implied)...since your car is a 97-03 first off and second...the headlights are made by spyder who gets them from kids in China
