Got the motor back last Monday from Tischler. Everything is new besides the pistons (which were cleaned and re-coated) and the ZZP S3 heads. Balanced, blueprinted and flowtested. Also painted the engine bay and had some parts polished too over the winter break.

    From Tischler:

    Flowtest:

Polished Parts: (no pic of alternator)

    PAINTED ENGINE BAY:

    RE-PAINTED HEADS:

I would guess balls to the wall turbo build, but it looks like a stock tb and maf which wouldn't work so good. . . so I'm not sure

Oh dear God that engine looks clean. Are those forged pistons? If so, which ones, diamond? Also, I hope you will share how you went about painting that engine bay. That is one of the things I would like to do while I have the engine and tranny out.

Thanks, we are taking our time and making sure that everything is re-done before we put it in. Yes they are forged diamonds. To paint we use regular spray gun with an air compressor...tons of sanding and prep X100...then we did 2 coats of paint and 3 coats of clear.....turned out excellent.

SOMEBODY has been very busy hard at work!

Wow dude, looks great, all of it. That block is VERY clean and the cylinders look awesome! Props to the machine shop who did the work on that.

Cant wait to see it all finished and running. Going to look sweet, as well as run and sound awesome I bet.

Got to love all those polished parts too, that front engine cover came out good didn't it?

One of the best grand prix's all around. Great work!

Tischler also did the silver gp that was up for sale a while ago, o-ringed the block and was supposed to be around 600hp after they did their work to it.

Hey man anytime, kinda wanted to do one just to see what it would turn out like anyway. I was right...came out good for a cheap aluminum casted part.

"OK job" huh? LOL, those parts came out sick!

That made my day right there. Too Funny. Reminds me when I took in a ported and polished (inside and out) GenIII M90 to O'Reillys looking for a soft plug to plug that extra vacuum port. I was getting a lot of looks, even from the ricers in there buying light up windshield washer squirter's.
